Property developer King’s Park to raise RM15m funds for children’s home in Bentong – eNews Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 5 — Real property developer King’s Park has launched a fundraiser it calls the Happy Nest Building Donation that goals to gather RM15 million to construct a brand new home for Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Insan (PKKII) in Bentong, Pahang.
It can be gifting a 7.75-acre land in Bentong for the children’s home that can even function a coaching and rehabilitation centre.
“We are collaborating with Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) to raise RM15 million, providing donors the added incentive of tax exemption.
“We invite beneficiant members from the general public or organisations to come ahead to assist,” King’s Park director Hendric Lim stated in a speech on the signing of a memorandum of understanding with YBK chairman Datuk Zainal Abidin Haji Sakom in Genting Highlands final Saturday.

PKKII founder and president Dr Tiew Chew Ming expressed his gratitude for the gifted land.
King’s Park can even be sponsoring the schooling and ability improvement programmes at Cornell Academy for 300 youths beneath YBK’s purview.
